🛠️To-dos, Wish pool, Projects, and a far more capable Agent.

• To-dos is a new page in the web app that lists the action items M-NOTE finds in your recordings, grouped by recording. Tick them off, or open the recording an item came from.
• Wish pool is a new page where you can wish for features, vote on other people’s wishes, and see what the team has picked to build next. Wishes that have shipped link to this changelog.
• Projects (Beta) bundle collections and memos with your own instructions, so the Agent works only from what a project holds. On plans that include Projects, you can also upload files into a project, edit text files in the project folder with version history, and let the Agent save its work back into it.
• The Agent is now a tab in the app’s own layout. Start from a goal and choose what to make, such as an article, slides, a report, a dashboard, or a chat. It can build slide decks as HTML, and you can paste, drop, or attach images and files in the message box.
• Agent tasks keep running while you look elsewhere in the app and show what they are working on. You can stop a task, send follow-ups while it runs, and let a task run for up to an hour.
• You can comment on a file the Agent made, in the margin beside it as in Word, and then have the Agent apply all your comments in one go. Each change shows as a diff.
• When a saved link can’t be read, MyMemo now says why, for example that the site blocks bots or needs a sign-in, and what to try instead. Sign-in and block pages are no longer saved as if they were the article.
• AskMemo’s Sources now lists only the memos an answer actually used; other memos appear under their own “Related memos” heading. Also new: a Staggered view for your memo list, in-app feedback with replies from support (avatar menu → Feedback), and one-tap Collection suggestions (Beta) on a memo.

🧠MyMemo Memory: what MyMemo knows about you, in your hands.

• MyMemo Memory remembers facts, preferences, and how you want AI to work with you, next to your memos. It is off until you turn it on in Settings → Memory, and a short guide on the home screen explains what it does.
• You decide what it keeps. Browse memories by topic with their history, accept, edit, or reject changes that wait for your approval, undo changes, and see what each AI app can read. You can import from ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, export your memory, and delete all of it.
• AskMemo can use your memory and add to it. A Remembering switch sits in the message box, and under an answer you see when it used your memory or remembered something, with Undo. The Agent offers the same choice before a task starts.
• MyMemo can also learn from what you save and set up in MyMemo, such as your life goals. Each remembered item shows what it is based on, and you can switch this off in Settings → Memory.
• Memory works with OpenMyMemo: with Memory on, ChatGPT and claude.ai connected through OpenMyMemo Cloud read and change your MyMemo Memory, and the optional Memory sync keeps a copy in your OpenMyMemo folder.
• Lifetime plans now show as their own plans in the web app and the iOS app, and anything marked “Unlimited” is explained as fair use, as described in the Terms.

🗂️OpenMyMemo adds a Windows preview, safety checks, and an optional Assistant.

• The OpenMyMemo app now comes for Windows 10 and 11 as a preview, and for Intel Macs as well as Apple silicon. It checks for updates once a day and asks before installing one.
• The panel opens on a new Home page with a Memory safety score from 0 to 100 and a fix for each issue it finds, such as a password in a memory outside a private topic. openmymemo brief and an optional daily notification tell you what happened in your memory yesterday.
• The optional OpenMyMemo Assistant, off by default, uses a model on your computer or your own API key to split imports into memories, sort them, tidy up duplicates and contradictions, and take a second look at what AI apps propose. It can learn from ChatGPT and Claude exports and from Claude Code and Codex sessions. Private topics are never sent to a remote model.
• Tell OpenMyMemo lets you say what’s new in your own words, such as “I moved to Berlin last month”, and shows each change it would make so you can edit or untick it before saving.
• Search by meaning on your computer is available as an option, and openmymemo recall prints the memories most relevant to a question.
• With MyMemo Memory sync, a copy of your folder can live in your MyMemo Memory, so MyMemo’s AI and the AI apps on the web can use it even while your computer is off. It is a separate opt-in.

📱A faster iOS app, and a rebuilt Chrome extension with AskMemo.

• iOS 2.0.9: your memo list appears right away at launch and refreshes in the background, and Collections and MemoCast open faster. Lifetime plans show their own benefits, with “Unlimited” marked as fair use.
• iOS 2.0.8: iPhone Duo is supported, with a side bar and list and detail panes on the Duo and iPad. More → Plan & reflect brings To-dos, Life goals, Insights, and Wish pool to the app, memo lists load faster, and long AskMemo answers are no longer cut off.
• iOS 2.0.7: add notes to a memo, as in the web app’s Notes panel. AskMemo offers the newer advanced AI models with a picker that shows which plan each needs and explains why a reply failed. You can send feedback and read support’s replies in the app, and “Recording minutes” is now “Transcription minutes”.
• Android 2.0.6: “Recording minutes” is now “Transcription minutes” in M-NOTE. Recording on your M-NOTE is unlimited; minutes are only used when audio is transcribed and processed in MyMemo. The Android app loads the web app, so the web features above appear there too.
• Chrome extension 1.2.29: saving is more reliable. Saves finish or fail with a clear message, and an expired session no longer loses the page you were saving. The popup says “Already in MyMemo” for a page you saved before, you can add tags and a note and move it to another collection after saving, and you can right-click a link to save it or press Alt+Shift+S.
• The extension’s side panel now has AskMemo next to the summary: ask across all your memos or one collection, or ask about the page you’re on. The popup, panel, and in-page messages share the web app’s look, with dark mode.

📊Insights, Life goals, and new models in AskMemo.

• Insights is a new page in the web app that shows what is in your library: memos saved in total and this month, a breakdown by type, saves per month over the past year, and your top collections and tags. A “Books for you” card suggests reading based on your interests.
• Life goals is a new page for what you want to work toward in six areas: health, relationships, career, growth, interests, and life admin. Break each goal into to-dos with optional due dates, tick them off, and see what is due in the next 7 days.
• A new Devices page lists your paired M-NOTE recorders with their recordings and your recording minutes. The M-NOTE quick-start video and the M1 user guide (PDF) are now on mymemo.ai as well.
• AskMemo now offers two newer advanced AI models on Pro and above, and a premium model on Ultra and AppSumo Tier 3, with 10 premium model messages a month. They replace the previous generation; if you had one selected, you move to a new model automatically. The model menu shows which plan each model needs.
• AskMemo answers now show related memos up to your plan’s limit (5 on Free and Pro, 8 on Ultra) instead of only the few it cited, and every memo card opens. Questions such as “How many memos have I saved?” or “What did I save last week?” get a real answer.
• Short Chinese questions are no longer mistaken for small talk, and AskMemo also searches with other-language versions of your question, so it can find memos saved in a different language. While it works, it lists each step and how long it took instead of streaming its raw reasoning.
• On desktop, the Agent now opens inside the app: the MyMemo sidebar and top bar stay in place, with your Agent conversations and generated files beside them.

🗂️OpenMyMemo gets a Mac app and one-click setup.

• The OpenMyMemo Mac app installs from a disk image: drag it to Applications, with no terminal or Python needed. It shows the panel in its own window, counts changes waiting for your review in the menu bar, and notifies you when an AI app changes something. It needs a Mac with Apple silicon.
• A first-run guide connects your AI apps and brings over what ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini already remember. One-click connect sets up Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI, Zed, Cline, and more, backing up each app’s settings first; disconnecting removes OpenMyMemo again.
• Import from files finds the memory files other AI apps keep on your computer, such as CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, GEMINI.md, and Cursor or Windsurf rules, and imports them after a preview.
• OpenMyMemo now installs from PyPI (uv tool install openmymemo), is listed on the MCP Registry, and has an openmymemo doctor command that checks your setup and says what to fix.

🎨A fresh look for the web app, and audio export on iOS.

• The web app has a new look that works in light and dark mode and on any screen size. The sidebar is regrouped and can collapse to icons, and home, memo pages, search, collections, notes, AskMemo, MemoCast, plans, and sign-in are all redesigned. The Agent uses the same look.
• Settings now uses the whole window on desktop, fits tablets, and opens as a grouped list on phones. Tabs are grouped under General, Memo features, AI & integrations, and Account, and Appearance shows Light, Dark, and System previews. Team Settings uses the same layout.
• Search remembers your recent searches and highlights matches, a leading # searches tags only, and a slow earlier search can no longer replace the results of a newer one.
• When your session expires, you see a single notice and come back to the same page after signing in, and failed requests show a clear, translated message instead of raw error text.
• iOS 2.0.6: export audio to Files or other apps, with M-NOTE recordings as M4A or WAV. Opening a note without editing it no longer changes it, and navigation, the tab bar, and Settings are refined for iOS 26 Liquid Glass, with Dark Mode and layout fixes across the app.
• Connected AI tools find your notes over MCP again after you edit them or retry their summary, and listing a collection returns its memos.

🗂️OpenMyMemo: your AI memory, in a folder on your own computer.

• OpenMyMemo is a new open-source project from MyMemo, under the Apache-2.0 license. It keeps what AI apps remember about you as plain Markdown files on your computer, and Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP apps share that one memory.
• You see every change an AI makes. Additions apply right away and are marked as new; changes to what you wrote yourself, and anything in a private topic, wait for your approval. Undo is one click.
• OpenMyMemo is free and runs locally; it needs no MyMemo account or plan. The optional OpenMyMemo Cloud connector lets ChatGPT and claude.ai on the web reach it through your MyMemo account: a live relay on Pro, Ultra and every Lifetime tier. Your memory stays on your computer.

🎙️M-NOTE opens to every account, and AskMemo stops failing quietly.

• Every signed-in MyMemo account can now pair an M-NOTE and sync its recordings, with no app update needed. Recording summaries are now checked and corrected as they are generated, so new recordings no longer fail at the summary step.
• AskMemo finishes searching large libraries within its time limit, instead of running out of time before it finds anything.
• AskMemo uses the model you picked in your default chat. Some Free accounts that had chosen MyMemo Fast were being refused.
• When an AskMemo reply is rejected or cut off, you now see a clear message and keep any partial answer, instead of the reply quietly disappearing.
• iOS 2.0.5: a recording that failed, or one paused because you ran out of recording minutes, no longer holds up your other recordings, and recording controls and the tab bar look right in Dark Mode.

🧾Track your M-NOTE order, and note writing works again.

• Settings → Hardware orders in the web app shows your M-NOTE purchases with their payment and shipping status, matched to the email you used at checkout.
• Extend and Revise on AI notes write a fresh draft again instead of returning the existing summary. Your saved note stays as it is until you save the draft.
• Hold Cmd or Ctrl and click a memo to open it in a new tab without losing your place in the list. If a page of memos fails to load, the list keeps what it already showed and offers Retry.
• AskMemo answers in your app language unless you ask for another one, including when you ask it to translate. Ask it for a MemoCast of a certain length and it picks the closest available length and tells you if it had to shorten it.
• Saving an X post with the browser extension keeps the author’s whole thread instead of only the first post.
• The Safari version of the browser extension (1.2.28) fixes sign-in and session recovery, and shows a clear Saved / View Memo confirmation, including when you reopen its popup.
• Automatic grouping recovers on its own after a temporary AI-provider outage, instead of leaving later saves failing.

📱Steadier M-NOTE setup on iOS and Android.

• iOS 2.0.2 and Android 2.0.3: on a new or reinstalled phone, you can restore the M-NOTE paired to your account without erasing its recordings, and the app says clearly when a recorder belongs to another account. Bluetooth pairing recovers more reliably.
• iOS 2.0.4 and Android 2.0.3: buy an M-NOTE from the Devices screen, and the device credentials and recording keys kept on your phone are better protected.
• Android 2.0.3 and 2.0.4: a cancelled or failed sign-in shows a screen with Retry instead of a blank page, and sharing a link into MyMemo saves the link you shared, not an older one from your clipboard.
• iOS 2.0.3: in the Mac app, you can add images from Files as well as from Photos.

🎧Ask for a MemoCast, and image summaries are back.

• Ask AskMemo for a MemoCast about something you saved: it finds the relevant memos and turns them into an episode. On the web, you can also download an episode’s audio.
• Images are summarized, tagged, and searchable again. Affected images were reprocessed, and an image that cannot be processed is no longer shown as done.
• Signing in to the browser extension through the web app recovers when the handoff is interrupted, and downloaded audio keeps its original format.

🤖The MyMemo Agent is open to everyone, in Beta.

• The MyMemo Agent now sits in the web app sidebar for every user, marked Beta. It works inside your own MyMemo knowledge: it can read your documents, search your library, and use a sandboxed workspace to produce files and charts.
• You pick the model for each request from several leading AI models, and the app shows what each one costs before you send.
• Agent usage is pay-as-you-go prepaid credit, starting at $5 and also available as $10, $20, and $50. No subscription is required, and the prices shown include infrastructure overhead.
• It is a Beta, so tell us when something goes wrong: write to [email protected], and confirmed problems get the usage credit back.

💳Manage your billing, and covers that stay put.

• Paying by card? The Plan page now has Manage payment method & invoices, where you can update your card and download past invoices.
• After paying by card, you return to the app with a confirmation instead of landing on a not-found page.
• Instagram link covers no longer disappear when Instagram’s image links expire, and recently affected covers were restored. On desktop, link and image covers now show uncropped.
• YouTube saves retry when YouTube temporarily blocks transcript access, and long videos get enough time to finish.

📄PDFs finish, and blocked pages stop posing as articles.

• PDFs that used to sit in analysis for hours now finish, scanned PDFs included, and a brief server hiccup no longer ends a save with “Processing did not finish”: the save retries instead.
• Summaries stay in your summary language even for long articles written in another language. This applies to new saves.
• When a site answers with a bot check or an error page, the save now fails clearly instead of storing and summarizing that page. A memo stuck with a title such as “Robot Challenge Screen” gets its real title back when you retry it.
• iOS 2.0.1: sharing screenshots and images from other apps into MyMemo now works, and signing out fully signs you out, so you can switch accounts.
• Chrome extension 1.2.26 and 1.2.27: create a collection right from the popup, and signing in with email and password now keeps you signed in.

🎙️MyMemo 2.0 turns conversations into part of your second brain.

• MyMemo 2.0 is our largest mobile release yet. A refreshed, glass-inspired navigation makes MyMemo, Ask Memo, Create, Device, Collection, MemoCast, Profile, Plans & Usage, Spaces, and Settings feel like one coherent app. The release is moving through the iOS and Android store rollout, so availability may vary by store.
• M-NOTE is now a first-class part of MyMemo. Pair and manage a supported recorder, start or stop capture, sync in the background over Bluetooth, switch to Wi-Fi for larger transfers, and choose whether recordings stay on the device after a successful sync.
• Recordings remain in a local library until you choose to add them to MyMemo. You can review, play, delete, or remove them from both the phone and recorder, with clear transfer and processing states along the way.
• Adding a recording creates a new Recording Memo: an always-available audio player, speaker-aware transcript, renameable speakers, automatic or manually selected transcription language, structured outline and summary, highlights, mind map, analysis templates, and Ask Memo follow-up questions.
• Recording minutes are now visible alongside your plan and usage. Included monthly allowances, device activation credit, and optional minute packs make long-form transcription and AI analysis predictable instead of hidden.

🌍MyMemo speaks Ukrainian, and spaces are easier to manage.

• Ukrainian is now available as an app language on the web, and for AI summaries and AskMemo answers.
• Rename a space straight from the workspace switcher. Pinned collections and new collections now stay in the space you are working in.
• Recording Memos open in the web app too, with the transcript, renameable speakers, mind map, and tags.

💳Plans are easier to find — and easier to trust.

• Free, Pro, and Ultra pricing is visible on the English, German, French, and Spanish homepages, with a dedicated pricing page for the full comparison. Monthly and annual billing are shown separately, and partner lifetime offers are clearly distinguished from subscriptions.
• Plan descriptions now follow the same catalog across the website and web app. Prices, quotas, feature access, and available AI models stay aligned instead of drifting between pages.

✨Key points look like notes again.

• Some image and document summaries were showing their key points as raw object syntax — braces, quotes, and all. They now render as clean Markdown sections and bullet lists.
• Previously affected summaries were repaired wherever the original structure could be converted safely, without changing their place in your timeline.

🔌Connected AI tools can do more with your MyMemo library.

• MCP now offers plan-aware tools for reading your library, creating personal memos and collections, and saving supported web and YouTube content. Workspace boundaries, quotas, rate limits, and safe retries are enforced automatically.
• Older MyMemo accounts can connect through MCP again. An account-state compatibility check had been rejecting many long-standing accounts even though they were valid.
• A public Roadmap is now available in English, German, French, and Spanish, so you can see what we are building, validating, and exploring without treating those directions as promised dates.

🧭Long documents become findable, and generated audio plays again.

• Long documents are indexed in safe batches instead of falling back to unusable search vectors. The affected stored index data was rebuilt, so those documents can appear in search and AskMemo again.
• AskMemo no longer drops useful memos after retrieval just because one citation happens to match more literally than the others. Answers can retain a broader, more relevant source set.
• MemoCast audio generation now handles the speech provider’s streaming WAV format correctly. Recoverable casts affected by the format change were regenerated.

🗂A second personal space, and your data to go.

• A second personal space, for keeping two lives apart. On the Ultra plan (and the top AppSumo tier), the workspace switcher on the web now offers Create Personal Space — a second, fully separate space with its own collections, feed, and AskMemo scope. Work in one, everything personal in the other; once it's created, you can switch between your spaces on both web and iOS.
• Export your data, whenever you want. Settings on the web has a new Export tab: one click bundles your memos and files into a zip and emails you a download link. The link stays valid for 24 hours, and you can run one export per day. Your knowledge is yours — now you can take a copy with you.
• MemoCast is now opt-in for new accounts. Fresh signups start with the daily audio digest off and can switch it on in settings whenever they're curious. Existing accounts keep whatever setting they already have.
• Changing a memo's cover image works properly again. A cover you pick now shows up on the main view right away, instead of the card falling back to a broken image.

🔌MCP reads all your spaces, and sign-ins get sturdier.

• Connected AI tools now see your whole library. If you use MyMemo from Claude or another assistant over MCP, searches and document lists now cover all your spaces — Personal Space and any team workspaces — instead of only one of them.
• Google sign-in survives an address change. If you renamed your Google account's email, signing in with Google now lands you back in your original MyMemo account instead of quietly starting a fresh, empty one.
• Chrome extension 1.2.19 stops crying wolf. The extension no longer flashes a false 'Please log in first' when the browser wakes it cold — if you're signed in, it just saves.
• New accounts start with the AI assistant ready. Some fresh signups had been landing without the built-in chat partner; it's now there from the first minute.
• Saved book pages no longer hijack the app. Opening a memo captured from certain reading sites could bounce the whole web app to a not-found page; those saves now display safely.
• Exactly one daily MemoCast per day. Busy days could occasionally produce duplicate daily MemoCast cards; the duplicates are gone.

🛠Notes, folders, and feeds settle back into place.

• Your written notes are back in the Notes tab. Notes that the migration had mislabeled as YouTube links are restored to where they belong, so a Notes tab that looked empty fills back in.
• Reordering collections sticks. Drag to reorder your folders on web or iOS and the new order stays put after a refresh, instead of quietly snapping back to where it was.
• Your notes feed is tidier. Empty scheduled-review placeholders no longer show up as cards, and links you save in the app no longer show a confusing import placeholder — you see the link itself while it loads, and its title fills in once the page resolves.
• Lists and sharing work again on iOS. Your All tab, collections, and notifications load the next page as you scroll instead of freezing at about ten items, and 'Generate Share Link' copies a working link instead of erroring out.
• AskMemo reaches more of your library, and its sources are easier to reach. Answers now draw on a far wider set of your memos, so replies are more complete and better grounded in what you've saved — and on the web, the numbered citation badges open on keyboard focus and are announced to screen readers by source name, not just a bare number.
• MemoCasts stay in your language and sound right. A MemoCast in Japanese — or any non-English language — no longer drifts back into English partway through, and it's narrated with native pronunciation instead of an English accent.
• Podcasts and MemoCasts wait their turn instead of being dropped. When generation is at capacity, your request now queues and runs when a slot opens up rather than failing — and if one genuinely can't be produced, the allowance is refunded to you.
• A brief connection hiccup no longer signs you out of the web app. When the session service is momentarily unreachable, you stay put with a soft "try again in a moment" note instead of being bounced to the login screen.

🔗Link saves clear the bot-detection wall.

• The link fetcher behind every save — web app, iOS share sheet, Chrome extension — was rebuilt from scratch. Pages behind verification gates (Cloudflare checks, Chinese-language security screens, Instagram and Pinterest login walls) now either save the real content or fail with a clean message, instead of accidentally summarizing the captcha screen itself.
• Save success rate climbed from roughly 76% to 96% on an internal benchmark of news, blogs, video, code, and forum URLs. Typical saves are also noticeably faster.
• AskMemo answers are better organized: clear sections, bold for the key takeaways, and inline source names instead of bare links.
• Deleted folders and PDFs stay deleted — soft-removed items no longer reappear in collection lists or item counts.
• Stay signed in longer on the web. Sessions persist for up to 5 days instead of being cut short during a single workday.
• Web sign-in is steadier — the redirect back from Auth0 lands cleanly in the app instead of looping to the sign-in screen.

🔧iOS 1.3.4, plus billing and chat-history reliability.

• iOS 1.3.4 ships to the App Store. The timeline-list crash, tab-launch crash, and the home/tab regressions from launch week are all resolved.
• Sharing into MyMemo from iOS is more thorough: when you share several items at once (multiple links or several photos), every item gets processed instead of only the first.
• AppSumo Tier 3 redemptions land cleanly — the right plan, model access, and order record are created immediately. Earlier Tier 3 accounts that had a missing order row have been brought up to date, so the plan and model picker reflect the right tier.
• Voice notes are reliably transcribed again. Recordings run through speech recognition and arrive with searchable transcripts and AI summaries.
• Chat sessions persist across server restarts. AskMemo and In-Note Chat keep their full thread instead of fragmenting.
• Stripe billing webhooks now handle cancellations, refunds, failed payments, and disputes correctly — the right plan tier kicks in (or rolls back) without manual help.

🛠AskMemo, iOS playback, and Chrome saves get steadier.

• AskMemo streams are easier to control: the web app can stop long-running agent answers cleanly, and the backend now aborts business-agent streams instead of leaving work running in the background.
• AskMemo answers are better grounded in your library. New metadata tools let it inspect collections, tags, recent items, bookmarks, and asset context before answering.
• Summaries now respect your selected summary language again.
• Team and business workspaces are isolated more strictly. AppSumo Tier 3 quotas and team entitlements are restored, and reduced workspace locking makes saves smoother.
• iOS 1.3.2 fixes Ask Memo media rendering and MemoCast playback, including file, image, link, and cast cells, thinking steps, and collection detail refreshes.
• Web lists show cleaner source labels and steadier grid-menu behavior, and raw AskMemo streaming protocol text no longer leaks into chat bubbles.
• Chrome extension 1.2.16 adds collection filtering and a personalized greeting, improves save-success notifications with safe actions, and preserves memo detail IDs so saved pages open reliably.
• Cross-surface compatibility fixes: numeric, string, and iOS collection IDs are accepted and preserved, asset filters and Apple sign-in identity are restored, and generated MemoCast covers publish correctly.

🔧iOS catches up + more launch-week cleanup.

• iOS now streams AskMemo's thinking, searches, and tool steps live, with a Stop button — the same experience the web has had.
• iOS sign-ins recover on their own: fresh accounts no longer get bounced back to the login screen, expired sessions just prompt a re-login instead of needing a reinstall, and link cards saved from the share sheet render again (some saves from the launch window had been appearing as blank rows).
• Chrome extension 1.2.14: clearer error messages when something fails, no more red-toast spam after saving a link, and the Login button works on the first click again. Covers uploaded from the extension actually land in storage now.

🩹Hotfixes from the launch window.

• New users and team-member sign-ins were hitting an intermittent 500 error right after launch. Found the cause and fixed.
• Filtering memos by file type (PDFs, documents) on the All Knowledge view was throwing an error. Works again.
• On iOS, photos and files saved in the first hours after launch sometimes disappeared from the Knowledge tab. They now show up the moment the upload finishes.
• Summary jobs that were failing mid-run for some users are reliable again.
• Lists feel quicker, especially if you have a big library.
